Troy Lupa
Operations Coordinator - St. Cloud
Troy has been coaching at MASH since 2021 and a National Team Coach since 2022. His first exposure to MASH came as a parent when his son Anthony played on one of the original National Teams in 2017. Prior to college and coaching Troy served in the United States Navy stationed onboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Ranger (CV-61). He is a combat veteran having served a Western Pacific Deployment during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. Before his connection with MASH, Troy graduated from Winona State University in 2001 with a Marketing Degree and Business Administration Minor and has worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Medtronic as a Marketing Coordinator and Data Analyst.
Since 1994, he has coached a combined 113 different teams in baseball, basketball, football and fastpitch softball at numerous different levels. His love for coaching extends well beyond pitch counts and PFP’s. Inspiring and teaching young athletes’ baseball and subsequent life lessons are the things that motivate him to make a difference. His goal is to continue to build relationships with players, parents and the community through commitment and communication.
