Varsity CATCHING PROGRAM

Catching is an often undervalued skill and the development of players in Minnesota is behind the national competency. This program will progress players on foundational skills - blocking, receiving, throwing, and communication. We offer a 2X Week option that run from November 4th - March 9th.
